The Ohio Dermatological Association is pleased to host its second annual Legislative Update: *Ohio’s Legislative Process Unveiled*, presented by ODA lobbyist Monica Hueckel.

The ODA is actively engaged in several critical legislative and regulatory efforts that directly impact Dermatologists across Ohio.
These include:
– Ongoing advocacy around insurance-related legislation
– Efforts to address the proposed statewide ban on tanning
– We are working closely with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy to find common ground on TDD regulations
– We continue to fight scope-of-practice bills changes that could significantly affect the practice of dermatology in our state.
