OSMA Nominating Committee is seeking OSMA At-Large Councilor Applications
Are you interested in more actively participating in the work of the OSMA? The OSMA Committee on Nominations is seeking candidates to serve as At-Large members of the OSMA Council. The Committee will nominate at least 4 candidates to fill 3 At-Large Council seats. The term of office is 2 years.
The elections for this position will be held this year through statewide electronic voting. More information on the process for that will be sent to all members as we get closer to the voting window. Elections for President-Elect and Ohio Delegation to the American Medical Association will still take place in Columbus during the House of Delegates meeting the weekend of March 21 – 22, 2020.

The Nominating Committee will be holding interviews with potential candidates on Thursday, December 5th starting at 7:00 pm. As completed applications are received more information about interviews will be sent to individuals. Deadline for applications is Monday, December 2, 2019.
Other Positions Available for Election at the OSMA House of Delegates:
President-Elect: If you are interested in this position you must submit your letter of intent to the attention of Todd Baker, CEO no later than Tuesday, January 21, 2020. Elections will take place at the OSMA House of Delegates.
Other positions up for election at the House of Delegates meeting in March: Secretary/Treasurer, Ohio Delegate to the American Medical Association and Ohio Alternate Delegate to the American Medical Association.
