Pulling Back the Curtain: Ohio’s Legislative Process Unveiled Presented by ODA Lobbyist Monica Hueckel April 29th 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Join us to gain insight into the key legislative priorities the ODA is championing on behalf of Dermatologists across Ohio, and take the opportunity to have your questions answered on current policy and regulatory issues affecting the Dermatology profession.
Advocacy Day!
Lastly, we are seeking volunteers for our upcoming ODA Advocacy Day on Wednesday, May 20th.
What to Expect:
- Time: 8:45 AM – 1:00 PM
- Meetings with Legislators: Engage directly with state lawmakers to discuss key issues impacting the dermatology profession.
- Introductions: Meet with ODA lobbyists from 8:45–9:00 AM for an overview of the legislative issues and to gain valuable insights that will help prepare you for the day’s meetings.
- Guided Support: ODA lobbyists will lead the group, provide introductions, and help facilitate each conversation.
- Member Participation: Volunteers will share professional insights and patient stories to help illustrate the importance of each legislative priority.
- Covered Expenses: The ODA will provide lunch and parking reimbursement for all volunteers.
- Flexible Departure: If you are unable to stay for lunch from noon to 1:00 PM, you are welcome to depart once legislative meetings conclude.
