Please find attached a new Director’s Stay Safe Ohio Order for reopening many businesses, including health care. “Medical Care” (point #9) is addressed beginning on page 3, including formally rescinding the March 17 Order for the management of non-essential surgeries and procedures, and outlining requirements under this new Order.
Also attached is a Responsible RestartOhio Guide for Health Care that is designed to provide insight and best practices to resume non-urgent health care services across the state. This guide is intended to be a resource for patients, providers, health systems and Ohio’s COVID-19 Three Zone response infrastructure (described in the guide) as the state begins to resume typical standards of health care.
